This policy describes how TrainHub collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following data: email address, first and last name, phone number (optional), Telegram ID (if linked), booking and payment history, device information and IP address for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide the service (scheduling, bookings, payments), send notifications (email, Telegram), improve the platform, and ensure security.

3. Data Storage and Security

Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. Data is stored on encrypted servers. We use HTTPS for all communications. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Trainer profile information (name, specialization, contacts) is publicly visible if the trainer enables their public page. Client data is only visible to trainers they have booked sessions with.

5. Cookies and Authentication

We use HTTP-only cookies for authentication (JWT tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies are required for the service to function.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, export your data, withdraw consent for data processing.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized statistical data may be retained.

8. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with: Russian Federation Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
