TrainHub is a platform that connects trainers and clients. Trainers can manage schedules, bookings, and payments. Clients can find trainers, book sessions, and track their training history.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with other users, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Payments between trainers and clients are made directly. TrainHub does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes. The platform may charge a commission on certain payment methods.
Each trainer sets their own cancellation policy. Clients must follow the cancellation terms specified by their trainer.
TrainHub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection).
